Once my mentor told me:
Never chase money, a bus, or a girl.
Whatever you chase will never get to you; instead, make it chase you.
By chasing, you devalue yourself.
Increase your value, and everything will be sent to you at the perfect time.

Most people love to stay in their comfort zone, which is the number one reason for demotivation and procrastination.
Get out of your comfort zone, travel to another country, even if needed.
