No one ever talks about what mental illness and anxiety does to you.
You just one day sit in your room realizing that you are not the same anymore.
That you canโt remember things anymore.
You just feel empty and your memories are blur until someone reminds you about them. The blames, the accusations, the pain, no matter what and how much it hurts.
You just donโt need the feel to talk about it. Why?
Because you know that you got yourself into it. Because you know in the end itโs your battle to fight.
Because in the end you know that whatever happens, happens for good. You donโt hate anyone, you donโt hold grudges, you just simply donโt care.
This is what happens when you are finally done.
Itโs okay if you think you are not the same. But when you finally hold yourself and muster up the courage to be okay and to win this battle, remember you donโt have to be the same. You just have to be better.
