Fatigue is not lack of sleep, fatigue is a lifestyle, a mindset, and a habit combination.

There are people whom perhaps get a good night’s sleep, but wake up tired and deplete, or they have energy to burn and manage to survive only 24 hours.

What’s the difference? There is no luck or genetics into this; they are just tactics.

Quality of sleep is another thing. Here’s how to optimize it:

  • For example, staying awake at same time and time over and over trains your body’s internal clock with a single time.
  • It is recommended to cut out blue light before bed because screens can make it harder to fall asleep.
  • Make it a more suitable sleep environment – An environment that is cool, dark, and quiet promotes deep sleep.
