OMAD is The Final Leg of My Keto Path
It’s not something you should jump into before you’re fat-adapted or if you aren’t already doing Intermittent Fasting, and it’s not for everyone. Some people find themselves getting too thin even on two meals a day. Or they’re happy with their body without taking that final step.
I wanted to see what my body could do on OMAD. I wanted to experience what it feels like to maintain my most desirable weight. I have never been able to do that in my entire life.
My First Challenges
Sleep! I couldn’t get to sleep. Heatwave conditions probably didn’t help but my five p.m. coffee didn’t either. That will have to go. I’ll replace it with bone broth.
Fortunately my sleep issues resolved themselves within a couple of weeks with a little help from Magnesium which I spray on my legs and the soles of my feet.
