If you have been around for some time, you know how important engagement is on Medium.

While writing makes up 20% of your earnings, it’s the 80% of engagement you put in that will be giving you results.

Don’t get me wrong I love engagement and reading everyone else amazing articles on here.

But I sometimes just catch myself reading it for the sake of reaching my engagement goal and that can get boring.

It isn’t the perfect mindset to be in while engaging with other writers.

Sometimes I'll click on an article and then be uninterested after a few sentences.

But we all know if you click off early it ruins the writer’s earnings.

So it’s like forcing yourself to read something you have no interest in.

Well, now I found a solution to this, which I've started implementing into my engagement routine and it makes it much more fun.

You need to get imaginative and creative when engaging with other articles.
