Life is a beautiful journey, and as we age, we need to prioritize self-care, love, and attention to make it even more fulfilling.

People are becoming more mindful of their changing health needs, especially as they grow older, which is often overlooked.

I talked with my mentor, who is a total health guru. She follows a mindful diet, stays fit and energetic even at 83! I am impressed with her routine and maintenance.

Our bodies quietly start losing muscle mass, even if we walk daily or try to stay active. This is age-related muscle loss, a leading reason why older adults feel weaker, more fatigued, and more prone to falls.

The good news?

Muscle can be rebuilt and maintained — and you do not need a gym membership, expensive supplements, or a complicated diet plan.

You need to start with the small things, often already in your kitchen.
