Is a threat to our wellness

Confirmation bias is the tendency to seek out and prefer information that supports our pre-existing beliefs. As a result, we tend to ignore any information that contradicts those beliefs.
and I had read a few of each other’s stories here on Medium. But when she subscribed to my Substack newsletter, The Keto Path (now called Wellness Warrior). I messaged her straight back…
“Why are you subscribing to a Keto newsletter?” I asked.
“I’m interested in all kinds of health strategies,” she said, or something close to that.
I was so impressed by her stance that I subscribed back. I’ve always liked many vegan ideals, but since losing over 40lbs on Keto and Carnivore diets I thought I’d left my vegan inputs and aspirations behind.
Then I came across Simon Hill of . I watched his commentary on Dr Gabrielle Lyon’s video about Animal vs Plant protein… he made sense. I listened to a guest podcast he did with a Carnivore doctor and he came across stronger. If it had been a debate he would have won.
