So I was at my cousin’s BBQ last weekend, right? And we got to talking about all the stuff we want to change before 2025 rolls around. Man, time’s flying!

Stop wrecking your nights. Fix your sleep or nothing else matters.
Put the damn phone down. Simple as that.
Better sleep = better life.

Stop being everyone’s doormat!
When you try to make everyone happy, you make yourself miserable.
Learn to say no. The world won’t end.
Habit 5. Ignoring Physical Health
Our bodies tell us what they need — we just have to listen. Those headaches, that constant tiredness — they’re not normal.
Start small: take a 10-minute walk, choose water over soda, eat one healthy meal daily
