Instead of my usual ‘write down 394 things and cry’ method of listing everything like I used to (anyone else guilty of putting ‘shower’ on their to-do list just to cross it off? No? Just me? 😅),
Now I only pick:
- 1 Biggie (the scary one I’ve been avoiding)
- 3 Medium Tasks — three tasks that matter but aren’t as demanding.
- 5 Tiny Ones- smaller things that are…
