Please tell me I’m not the only one with 37 unfinished to-do lists? 😩

Y’all… can we talk about to-do lists for a sec? Yup just for a sec…

YES or NO…

I hear YES…

I had the WORST case of to-do list overwhelm last month — like, full-on panic sweats every time I looked at my planner.

My lists were so long they needed their own zip code! 🙂

I called my friend to ask for help, and that’s when Amelia told me about this super simple way she plans her day. She calls it her “1–3–5 thing” and I literally can’t shut up about it because…

IT. JUST. WORKS.

It’s been two weeks, and I’m kind of obsessed.

So here’s the Coffee/tea ☕️…

Instead of my usual ‘write down 394 things and cry’ method of listing everything like I used to (anyone else guilty of putting ‘shower’ on their to-do list just to cross it off? No? Just me? 😅),

Now I only pick:

  • 1 Biggie (the scary one I’ve been avoiding)
  • 3 Medium Tasks — three tasks that matter but aren’t as demanding.
  • 5 Tiny Ones- smaller things that are…
