Intraday trading means buying and selling stocks within the same day to make a profit. Many traders lose money because they do not follow good strategy and take too much risk. Here are some important tips to make perfect intraday trading with zero percent loss.
1. Choose the Right Stock – Always trade in liquid stocks that have good volume. Avoid stocks with low volume because they can be manipulated easily.
2. Set Target and Stop Loss – Never trade without stop loss. Decide your profit target and stop loss before enter trade. This help to control emotions and not make big loss.
3. Follow Market Trend – Trend is best friend in intraday. If market is going up, trade in buy side. If market is going down, trade in sell side. Don’t go against the market.
4. Use Technical Indicators – Learn indicators like Moving Average, RSI, MACD to find the best entry and exit points. Only use 2–3 indicators, too many indicators make confusion.
5. Manage Risk Properly – Always risk only a small percentage of capital in one trade. Never put all money in one trade, even if it looks 100% sure.
