Just About Everything Worthwhile is “Over Saturated”
99% of the time, that’s a lame excuse not to create
Recently, I read a story from another Medium writer. They were complaining about how much they hated courses. They argued that courses are over-saturated.
To that, I say, “So what?”
I’m not here to bash that writer; they are more than entitled to their opinion. But I see the irony in downplaying courses while also publishing on Medium.
You know, this very platform where there are a gazillion writers!
Okay, not a gazillion, but there are many writers on Medium. But it doesn’t matter. That’s a beautiful thing.
There are so many diverse topics, publications, and readers.
Even if 100 writers write on the same topics, each will have different styles and views. They will appeal to other readers.
Also, some readers are like me. They can read about the same subject they care about over and over. It can be from the same author or various.
So, if you’re thinking about creating a course (or anything) and believe it can help people, do it!
In this hyper-connected modern world, most things are “over-saturated.”
