A Journey to Inner Peace and Clarity
Purity
A breath of dawn, and what is more, a breath of youth and purity.
The light, shy whispers of light still, still.
The fog in the morning on the hills,
Pouring forth in tender grace.
It admits no spot, no hint of blemish’s trace.
I like it unmarked, pure, and without blemish: ageless beauty.
In children’s laughter, which is joyous and unadulterated.
leaves that sway gently by the wind’s command.
The lily white the snow that falls on snow.
The purity we all possess.
A pure heart, a burning soul,
The lack of disturbance by the soft black night.
It dwells in truth naked and purified.
In deep of heart, in content of soul.
A strong light, an extraordinary one that can be seen;
In every soul it remains there.
So let us keep, in life’s embrace,
A pinch of that pure, unadulterated land.
Accept this path with pure steps.
And let the sun in, and the air in, and the fire within us, faint and pure.
