This Story Took A Dark Turn Fast
Let the words speak.
Recently went on LinkedIn again, and I have to say, I enjoy being on the platform again.
Today, when I logged on, I received this message from a beautiful soul that made me smile and reminded me how far I’ve come.
Sometimes we forget what we’ve been through, what we have overcome, and all those moments we thought we wouldn’t make it through the dark times.
Yet, we made it, and we saw the light at the end of the tunnel.
Life is such an amazing experience, I saw a short of Pastor Steven Furtick the other day on YouTube, wherein he spoke about the things that God saved us from that we have no idea about. Today I thought about that again.
If you’re a millennial, you would remember the YOLO stage that we had, where the popular saying became a brand. I still have my YOLO t-shirt. Whenever I see it, I just want to laugh because that was one amazing time, also a very distant feeling, and a totally different time.
