What is in this for you? Why should you read for more than 30 seconds:
Because you are a decent human being and you want to see writers fairly compensated for their work… just kidding. I am venting but modeling healthy emotional processing. Hopefully, some of you will relate to my experience and process your own feelings about it, too.
State the Problem:
I am so frustrated! I feel like I am writing into the void. I have published 11 books on Amazon, written over 100 stories on my blogs, designed at least 100 t-shirts and other merch, and have created tons of downloadable resources for teachers, and I am lucky if I make $5.00 a month. I spend more money trying to make money. I enjoy creating but gee…if no one even gets to see what I am creating, what am I doing? I feel like I am wasting my life.
