Winter Wonderland and Whimsical Win
Where I live in Germany, snow is a rare sight. For years, we haven’t had a thick layer of snow like we have now after snowing all night. We woke up in a winter wonderland.
I love the bright light — a welcome change from our usual grey, rainy days. Commuters might disagree, as the snow removal service is not designed for this sudden amount of snow.
Hopefully, everyone stuck in traffic got at least the treat of this news report:
“Overnight, thieves stole metal from a company. But the police arrested the suspects in the shortest possible time: they simply followed the footprints in the snow!”
In all its chaos, winter delivered a whimsical win for justice.
