Have you ever been insulted by the head of your company? What about your Head of School?

Nothing says “toxic work environment” like when your leader denigrates your job. Am I right?

Some educators are flunkies?

We are educators. We are the full-time teachers, part-time teachers, substitute teachers, preschool teachers, special ed teachers, school psychologists, Guidance Counselors, Interventionists/Teacher’s Assistants/Flunkies


WAIT! WHAT?

Flunkies? Yes. Our school Interventionists were called flunkies by our school leadership.
