Where do you stand on the use of leaf blowers?

My husband uses his for just about anything imaginable like blowing pine needles from our driveway. Anyone who has a leaf blower loves them.

I cannot stand the continuous droning of what sounds like a jet engine landing in my living room. I don’t even get why people blow their leaves. Is it some small thrill carrying this compensatory symbol?

I would make a leaf sucker. Much like a vacuum cleaner that sucks the leaves into disposable bags. It may be noisy, but at least it’s capturing the leaves instead of pushing them around the yard. The leaf blower's version of hide and seek.

I am especially irked by human leaf blowers who blow their leaves onto the street or on their neighbors’ yard.
