5 Things That Make My Mood Worse
I avoid these things, and I'm fine.
How I avoid getting in a bad mood.
Who hasn't experienced it before: you leave the house in a good mood in the morning, and in the evening you are totally frustrated.
There can be various reasons for this; here are my favorites.
- News on the radio or TV
- dissatisfied and complaining people
- Hectic and unnecessary stress
- Advertising for things I don't need
- People who tell me something I don't want to know
There are a few other things, but these are the main ones. Everyone will have different triggers for frustration.
It is important to recognize these and avoid them if possible!
My tip: If you're in a bad mood, please take a moment to reflect. Consider what might be triggering your situation. Sometimes it works wonders; believe me.
Often, changing your actions can be a relief for your mood.
