Stop “Losing Weight” and Improve Your Health Instead
The matter of weight
Oh, boy, we are still debating this whole losing weight thing, aren’t we?
There are still people who go hungry with the intention of losing weight, even if they haven’t educated themselves on what a healthy fast truly implies. Then, there are others who try the newest diet fad or indulge in “detoxing” juices, hoping this will help them reduce their waistlines.
However, amid this craziness, we should ask ourselves, “what about health?”
The Matter of Weight
There are many vital elements when it comes to evaluating our health. For example, it would be wise to periodically get some blood tests done and find out our level of risk when it comes to diabetes and heart disease, as well as constantly monitoring our blood pressure.
Depending on our body, we should engage in practices that will enhance our mobility, such as stretching, walking as often as possible, and doing some strength training. We could log in our results and use the data to help evaluate our physical health.
We should also consider our dental health, which significantly impacts our whole body. And, of course, the state of our mind is essential to determine our level of wellness.
