Go For Life
A poem
May 8, 2025
Go closer to deserted souls
wandering in the dark, narrow lanes
of a crowded city —
where horns blare
where traffic stands still
after the horror of twisted steel.
Stand beside, hand in hand,
feel the pleasure of blood
flowing through hearts of every name
of all caste, creed, and faith, the same.
Hold those weary hands,
lead them to the sunlit shore
where wind whispers,
and waves speak
the meaning of life.
