India-Pakistan Conflict Could Turn Into a Global Crisis
As the tensions between India and Pakistan are rising quickly.
And it’s to be remembered that this time, it’s not just about some fighting or border clashes.
But both countries have nuclear weapons, and if this situation gets worse, it could affect the entire world, not just the two countries involved.
It all started with a terrible event in Pahalgam, Kashmir. Twenty-six Hindu pilgrims were killed just because of their religion. In response, India launched Operation Sindoor, a military strike targeting nine places in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
These places were believed to be training centers for terrorist groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammad. According to India, the strikes were very careful and only meant to destroy terror camps, not to harm civilians or the Pakistani army.
