The Mountain Within
You don’t have to move the mountain, You just have to stop building it higher.
It’s not always the world in our way.
Sometimes —
it’s us.
Burying the path
beneath the weight of our minds.
Building mountains we can’t climb.
Overthinking.
Overanalyzing.
Setting the bar high,
then wondering
why we feel
stuck,
lost,
exhausted.
Spiraling in what-ifs:
What if I fail?
What if I mess it all up?
So we wait..
Over-preparing.
Over-planning.
Until the moment…
slips.
The controlling,
the clenching,
keeps us from breathing.
From living.
The old scripts, we tell ourselves:
about
who we should be,
what we should become.
