Spinach Stir Fry With Coconut

Spinach is a leafy green vegetable or flowering plant with a wide variety in each place. My Husband loves Spinach, and he will always have a spinach bunch when he is back from the supermarket.

I have a few methods to cook Spinach, one is a blanching method taste towards Chinese cuisine, and another one is stir-frying with coconut taste towards Indian style, we call it Cheera Thoran.

Both ways are acceptable at home, so I prepare spinach dishes depends on my mood. It’s a great side dish to have with rice;

Spinach is an excellent source of water-soluble vitamins (B and C), fat-soluble vitamins (A, E, and K), minerals (iron, magnesium, potassium, manganese, etc.), and a good source of fiber. It’s a must to include in your daily diet in one way or another.

There are 3 types of Spinach Mainly;

Each of these varieties has its cultivars or sub-varieties. So I don’t really focus too much on the type of spinach I use; I would go with the availability in the shop.
