Eggless & Butterless Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon rolls are relatively easy to make and loved unanimously in my household. We can’t get over it no matter how many times I make them. The more, the merrier.

I had a hard time getting the cinnamon rolls right, but now we are good thick friends. Here’s my initial method on how to make cinnamon rolls, and that's with egg and butter.

This time, these cinnamon rolls are eggless and butterless. It’s a perfect choice for people who don't prefer egg and butter in their bread.

It’s easy to make, and I have to say that the texture and softness are not compromised.

Typically the initial mixing of the dough is using a hand mixer or stand mixer, but this time I mixed it with my hand.

Hand-kneading the dough is time-consuming and tiring, but I loved the transformation from a fine flour into a soft and beautiful dough through my hands.

And I had better control over the texture and Ingredients since I was able to add the ingredients based on the needs gradually. Instead of the usual icing, I used white…
