A speakeasy is fun because you can speak easy. You can’t brawl in a speakeasy, but it does happen on occasion. Then you get kicked out.

Them the rules, folks.

X didn’t play by the rules so now everyone’s going over to Bluesky. I can’t help but wonder, is Green Earth the final frontier?

If you’ve been tunneled in a screen for too long, pounding the streets of Tokyo, or retired to your sofa, you might ask: What is Green Earth?

Wonderful human, just look around, you’re standing on her! Now look down and listen— she desperately needs our help.

The Maori are drumming up rituals to represent our Earth in New Zealand. The Hualapai fight to protect sacred springs in Arizona. Across the globe, industrialists stop at nothing to mine our mother’s oil, lithium, ore, and more, destroying her body and veins in the process.

All for what— Money? Stuff!?

Cars and electronics are kinda cool, I guess, if you like those sort of things. But does having the latest and greatest outweigh all the damage and waste? By measurable tonnage, the answer is certainly: No.
