Getting Zero Views And Feeling The Most Defeated Yet

This past Friday I was probably the most excited I’ve been in posting a piece of content. Just because I knew it was something that could possibly drive a lot of traffic to the page. Why? Because it was direct, relatable, and quick to digest. Little did I know what would follow.

Refreshing the page constantly only to be met with crickets.
Every minute. Every hour.
The next day, and nothing changes.

I quickly found myself to be fairly irritated. After I had already tried changing the settings on the video, adjusting the thumbnail, and even deleting and reposting it entirely. Yesterday, I gave in and simply reached out to the support team on one of the social media platforms to see what was happening. Only to be met with automatic bot responses.

Nothing was helpful at this point and I found myself going down a rabbit hole of Reddit threads. I can admittedly say that I spent way too much time over the past couple days. The last 48 hours have been quite dreadful, but I can honestly say it has helped build some character in how I approach future posts and simply have a reality check of expectations.
