I know you might be thinking that I’m waiting for your next fight. No, you’re wrong. I’m just telling you the things you should avoid after having a fight with your partner.
Remember, It is for both.
When was the time you got into a fight with your partner?
It is normal to have a fight in a relationship. It feels very different when couples come to the Therapist and say they never fight each other for a long, long time.
We can’t say they don’t love each other. Something important is missing from the relationship.
1. Don’t use hurtful words
This makes and breaks humans. In anger, it is easy to say hurtful words. But please don’t say anything that you can’t take back.
2. Don’t post fight on Social Media
Your narcissist is waiting for an easy way to destroy your relationship. If you’re a content creator, quit the platform for the next two to three days and take a rest.
It is super easy to invite people to make your relationship weak.
So, never ever post your fight on any social media platform.
It is hard to say sorry to each other, but more important for a healthy relationship. I would say don’t wait to say this to show him too much love.
