In a recent message from my spirit guides, I was reminded of the profound power of relaxation and the importance of slowing down to reconnect with the joy of being alive. This message is an invitation to pause, breathe, and find lightness in the moments that may seem heavy.
Relax. That is your first step. Relax.
We understand you feel pressure. Always pressure. But we ask you to relax. Most things you feel tension about are inconsequential and a figment of your perception.
You are missing the “light” in those moments.
So relax. Give yourself space. The space to feel content inside, to feel joy, gratitude, and the gift this moment brings.
Can you slow down this much?
You may still do, still be, and still dream, but do so with hoy, wonder, and awe at the sheer pleasure of being alive.
It will calm the stress reaction and foster a sense of inner peace.
