Navigating Life’s Moments With Intuition

Basically, it means we need to learn to quiet our minds, become a witness of the chitter-chatter, and not believe all the thoughts and stories we tell ourselves (or the world tells us if you tune in to that).
It’s only when we manage to silence our minds that we have an opportunity to truly drop into our bodies and feel. Our intuition needs to be felt. It can’t be thought. It’s a feeling. And even though words can’t describe it, I’m about to try!

Often, it’s only in hindsight that I realise why I notice them. It could be a shop, a street sign, an advertisement on my socials, a person, or an animal…
My first couple of times in Cusco, I kept being drawn to a certain street. I never walked up it (more stairs, in a city of many stairs!) Spoiler alert: I am currently volunteering in that street!
Last night, I was lingering, not in a creepy way, but I stood on the street looking around…
