If you are writing for even a short time, then you probably come across a lot of writing tips.

They are common and often appear too good to be true.

Spoiler alert

they probably are.

This year, some of the worst advice has been circulating. Let’s examine why it isn’t worth your time.

Some tips promise you’ll land your first client or rake in tons of leads.

Sounds dreamy, right?

But here’s the thing, most of these “tips” are vague and impractical. They gloss over the hard work and instead push generic principles or worse, a course you have to buy.
