Sleep paralysis
It gave me a spiritual lesson of awakening
If any one has gone through sleep paralysis, can relate how terrible this feeling is.
Recently I went to this scary state of dream. I was partially conscious, but still a part of me was asleep. It felt like someone has kept a heavy boulder on my chest which was suffocating my breath. I tried my level best to scream and shout for my rescue ,but not a single word came out of my mouth. I felt like my body was stuck in a black hole and now even the light cannot escape that trap. My heart beat started racing a marathon, and the energy of that scary dream started engulfing me.
Sleep paralysis felt like a giant anaconda who wrapped and choked my body leaving me in a state of grief. I pushed harder and harder and thankfully I opened my eyes after struggling for my life and took that sigh of relief, knowing that it was just a dream.
I drank water and again slipped inside my blanket to sleep, it was almost 3 AM. And I was literally praying for a peaceful sleep where I don't want to experience this state again.
I m sure most of you have experienced this and you guys know how terrible this is .
Sense of liberation
I was tossing and turning but couldn’t sleep. And that moment I felt as if I was truly "liberated".
