“Twine” born of water and durum wheat semolina too.

Palatable forms for celiac patients exist as versions of me,
Pairing well with capers, olives, and anchovies, you’ll see.

Dried versions of me require quadruple the time
To reach al dente compared to me fresh, in my prime.

In “Bella Notte,” Lady and the Tramp shared me with charm,
I’m frequently a guest at dinners that are loving and warm.
