The Power of Doing Less
Overcoming the overwhelm of New Year’s Resolutions
Social media is awash with tips on how to maintain your New Year’s resolutions this time of year. Depending on what you search for, the algorithm might push fitness classes, self-improvement courses, or “new year, new you” coaching. It can feel overwhelming, all at once.

Why Doing Less Can Be More Effective
I’ve always been a “two feet in” person: get stuff done, be productive, go, go, go! With a master’s in project management, efficiency is second nature to me. But recently, I’ve learnt that there is immense value in pausing.
