Due to poor eating habits and an unhealthy environment, we are losing our mental health every day. Many people feel isolated; almost every third person I meet is either depressed or short-tempered.
If you believe that your mental strength is a barrier to your growth, let me assure you: you are not alone. There is one thing that can help you, and I guarantee it will make a difference.
Take just five minutes out of your busy schedule. Find a quiet space and sit in silence. Don’t speak or try to think of anything specific. Let your thoughts come and go without holding onto them.
Remember, you are not your thoughts; simply observe them as a witness. Don’t get caught up in your emotions.
Practice this for just five minutes a day — no more than that — and you’ll notice a tremendous change.
