Keep an open mind, always
- Yes, an open mind means being open to whatever possibility life has to offer to uplift you.
- Depressed dudes and gals are 1000000 times more prone to addiction so.. figure it out whatever you are living on!
- Medication will never, ever heal any wound or trauma. It only helps with managing symptoms on the surface level. Deep down, the lingering wounds will be there. If you consider taking psychiatric medication, always, always combine it with therapy and regular exercise.
- Exercise and diet are the magic pill for healing. Easiest way to keep your mind ‘normal’ in this abnormal world.
- Be flexible, not just physically, but mentally too. If one approach doesn’t work in your healing journey, try something else. Trial and error can give amazing results. Don’t like going to the gym? Try Yoga. Is Yoga too slow and boring for you? Try running or swimming.
Can’t sit still for meditation? Then lie down on the bed and meditate. Whatever works for you, is the best way to move forward…
