Behind Every Successful Woman, There Is A Man

Let’s keep it this way on this Women’s Day

There is an old proverb which goes like this:

Behind every successful man, there is a woman

This is easy to picture. A man has his wife by his side, through the thick and thin of his life.

A woman is a powerhouse. She makes sure that the groceries are arranged, the home is squeaky clean, the laundry is folded, and the dinner is ready. She makes sure that she is there for him, on days good and bad, while he is free to pursue his goals.

She works silently and often invisibly, to the extent that people ask, “What do you do all day?” Yet, what she does is the highest form of service.

Now the time has come that we turn this proverb upside down.

Women are everywhere, from Science to Defence.

She is busy. She is successful. She is not struggling to find her identity as a “Perfect Housewife”, because she is not perfect. None of us are.

Would you not want to be “The Man” behind her success?

The Man she can trust, no matter what.

To bask in the glory of her, proud of the fact that she is there because you supported her all the way there.
