Is Self-Love Considered As Being Selfish?
Let’s Explore
We require balance in order to feel at peace: balance between seriousness and humor, work and play, action and waiting, spending and saving, spending and remaining. You may experience many other negative emotions, such as guilt, because of failing to establish balance in all facets of your life, besides feeling worn out.
Here is an illustration of how to balance haste and patience. If you’re the project manager of a final-year university assignment and you discover a team member using social media to their advantage rather than supporting your team, you might overlook it. If they repeatedly engage in it and you see a decline in their productivity, you may caution them that if it continues, report them to your course director.
Would you feel bad about taking further action if they choose to disregard you and keep acting in that way? If you’re a nice and sympathetic person, you could be concerned about upsetting them and putting them into trouble. By being reported to the instructor, they may have to deal with harsh penalties that could influence their final grade and have an impact on their future. But they’re disregarding your warnings and treating you with disrespect. You might think that they are abusing your goodwill.
