Trauma is something that many people around us experience. Many people are confused about how to get out of trauma. There are many traumatic things experienced by someone. But, to solve this, most of the ways are the same.
We can learn from those who have gone through similar problems.
You may have heard of the inner child?
In short, the inner child is a part of us that stores experiences, emotions, and childhood memories. Both pleasant and sad. The inner child can also influence a person’s behavior, reactions and mindset.
It won’t be a problem if someone’s inner child is about good things. But the opposite applies. If someone’s inner child has a bad experience. That will be a big problem for that person. That person will need a long time to get rid of those feelings, or worse. Those feelings may not go away forever.
