She had woven Brewed Awakenings into a go-to community staple by being the unadulterated embodiment of customer relationships and putting people first. In a time when traditional advertising channels are saturated and increasingly ineffective (YOY decline), this story embodies the shift to why customer relationship building is more than just a buzzword, it demonstrates how understanding your customer pays dividends threefold.
