Why Narcissists Rage When You’re Right??
The truth doesn’t hurt them — it humiliates them. And that’s when the mask comes off.
There was a time I thought I was imagining it.
The sudden switch.
The explosion.
The tears, the blame, the volcanic rage.
All because I dared to point out something… real.
But then I came across a quote that hit me like a lightning bolt:
“Nobody gets more upset than a narcissist who is accused of something they actually did.”
— Brian Comstock
And suddenly, everything made sense.
Because the truth doesn’t hurt them — it humiliates them.
And that’s when the mask comes off.
The Rage of the Exposed
Calling out a narcissist isn’t like confronting a regular person.

A normal person might feel embarrassed, maybe defensive, maybe even grateful if they’re self-aware enough.
But a narcissist?
That’s a different story altogether.
