To the strong woman reading this…

I know change can be scary and seemingly impossible sometimes, but you can do it.

I know you have been trying to stay strong and be there for them but truthfully, you deserve better. You deserve a beautiful life and love worthy of you. A love that nourishes your soul and not one that breaks it.

You have always been patient and hopeful they would change for the better, but how long will you keep hurting your beautiful soul?

It’s not your fault you were created with a pure and gentle soul. It’s not your fault for being treated in a cruel manner or disrespected or devalued — so stop berating yourself queen.

You did nothing wrong but love. And showing love has never been a crime.

I’m proud of you for finally being strong enough to choose yourself and leave the toxicity behind. You might feel a tug of guilt in your heart but pay no heed to that.

Forget the way you feel and remember what you deserve.

You are more precious than anything in this world and I hope you get to see that. I know how long you have been waiting for change to come, for someone to notice how long you’ve been…
