Some of the smartest people are also the stupidest
I just read something written by a complete fucking idiot.
I don’t know anything about him except what he said. He might hold an advanced degree or he might have a high IQ, but the man is a complete fucking idiot. I say so.
He claimed the Sept. 11, 2001 attack on the Pentagon was a missile attack, so I have all the information I need. (More on that in a minute)
Intelligent people can be stupid, too.
There are many kinds of intelligent people. Some are clever. Some are wise. Some are geniuses.
I think of myself as wise. I read widely and think deeply. But if you ask me to do math in my head, you will decide I’m stupid and as far as math goes, you will not be wrong.
You certainly know people who are fantastic students but who, when asked to deal with some kind of real-life problem, have no idea what to do.
There are all kinds of stupidity and all kinds of intelligence, and most of us are a messy mixture.
