Welcome to Memories of Food!

Food plays a profound role in our daily lives. We spend up to 32,000 hours on just eating in our lifetime — that doesn’t include preparing them.

Needless to say, our lives are intricately intertwined with food, from our identity, culture, family, society, and beyond. Many of those traits are shaped around food.

This is why I love all things related to food — cooking, eating, sharing it with others, and more. What I love most is that it can bring much joy to people, even with the humblest dish.

This is the place to document those experiences, conversations, and memories.

Memories of Food hopes to honor food in the way it should be — as the foundation of society and not just nourishment.
