SKIN CARE DRINK

Collagen is a protein, Because of which our skin feels soft and elastic. Our body produces collagen naturally. But as we age the amount and quality of collagen begins to fall it is due to low collagen that our skin gets loose and wrinkled in old age.

However, sometimes even in a young age collagen reduces and there are some scientifically proven reasons behind it.

  1. The most damaging is the regular intake of tobacco and alcohol.
  2. When we don’t protect our skin from the sun’s harsh rays. Which are generally present between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
