Vulnerability: The Key to Success
Using vulnerability to inspire oneself
Whether we accept it or not, we are all vulnerable to something or the other. It can be of different forms. For example, physical or emotional vulnerability like that of being attacked or emotionally hurt by something or someone.
Some other vulnerabilities include learning new things or an attempt to be good at your domain. Many of us are hesitant to learn new things — just because we are not confident that we will do well at it or not.
Sometimes, it even happens that even in our domain of expertise, we tend to be vulnerable. This happens with people who are settled in their careers and do not want to evolve or learn new things.
“Our weaknesses are the origin of our vulnerabilities. Being aware of one’s vulnerabilities can work magic. Hence, overcoming vulnerabilities means addressing our weaknesses.”
Therefore, identifying one’s weakness and in turn the vulnerability factors can help them overcome it and take great strides forward in life. These small successes do a world of good to one’s confidence.
Sometimes, these winnings even define our career path. At least, this is true is my case. This is the story of my teenage, which had a massive impact on my personality and the career I am pursuing.
