On Healing
Just about you turning back into yourself

I think healing is just about you being able to be the unfiltered, unhinged, purest, and most uncorrupted version of yourself. All over again.
It’s you being able to identify yourself in the most raw yet real form—your ambitions, your innate desires, your peace, your happiness, your purpose, and your worth.
Sometimes, even the tiniest things can heal your heart. It could be a bicycle ride down a sunlit street, binge-watching your favorite cartoon, eating your favorite food, talking to your favorite person, or even just having a day off from your daily routine.
But life has a way of pulling us away from this simplicity. Perhaps growing up in the wrong way and/or circumstances takes away a lot of our original attributes. To be doing something that you cannot identify yourself doing, to live in a way you always dreaded. In a world brimming with information, simplicity, and stillness often feel like rare treasures.
Then one day, a sudden realization hits you; you’ve missed being this version of yourself; as if you’ve forgotten it even existed. That childish spark and excitement you thought you no longer had access to, the emotions and turbulence you’d feel in little things.
