Hello, my friends! I’ve just received an email with the famous “Welcome to Toptal!” message. I’ve dreamed this for almost 5 years, and now I’m finally succeeded! First tried in the first half of 2017, and have succeeded just now, from the third attempt. It’s hard to describe feelings, but this should be celebrated!

The turning point in my career was described in my article How I’ve become a coding machine in my “older ages”. From there you will know how to get on the success path. When I published the story, I was in the middle of a process to join Toptal. But I knew I would succeed, that’s why I published that.

Like in “The Matrix” movie, you know when the moment comes.

Now is time for the celebration. So I will not speak more. But in one of the next stories I will describe this big success. To be more precise, I will not speak about Toptal rigorous screening process in detail. Now I’m member of Toptal, I shouldn’t do that by NDA agreement. But I will describe my feelings and how I motivated myself. Be prepared, unbelievable story will come! The world will get know what is “Operation Toptal”!
