Why Am I Even Here
Navigating through my existential crisis
Ever had those nights where your brain decides to hit you with a deep existential crisis right before bed?
You’re lying there, all cozy, ready to drift into dreamland, and then — BAM! — your mind whispers:
“Hey, uh… what if you never actually accomplish anything worthwhile? What if you just… disappear?”
Great. Thanks, brain.
Now you’re wide awake, staring at the ceiling, thinking about all the things you haven’t done, all the goals you swore you’d achieve, and all the ways life is moving way too fast while you’re still figuring things out.
The Anxiety of an Unfinished Bucket List
We all have a list, whether we write it down or just keep it floating in our minds.
- Places to visit.
- Things to achieve.
- Experiences to have.
But the worst part?
Watching the list grow longer while you feel like you’re standing still.
You start thinking:
- “Shouldn’t I have some clarity of what I want to do in life by now?”
