You Are Worthy of Good Things: Here’s How to Enhance Your Life
Mastering yourself is critical.
But how? This is a question I’ve asked myself many times on my own journey.
I know I’ve often been unkind to myself, being critical, not feeling good enough, or telling myself I lack what’s needed. And if this resonates, know this truth: Society’s expectations have influenced us all from youth.
But you can manage this.
Escape the norms
I can’t speak for you, but I blindly followed societal norms. They influenced me from my youth, disrupting my life and undermining my self-belief. This made my days more complicated than they needed to be, and I struggled to believe in myself.
No matter how I tried, I would hit a belief barrier about what was likely or even possible.
And even when I read or heard of ways to unlock the box I was trapped in, I did nothing. Oh, I might begin. I might even experience some slight enhancements, but never enough to keep going.
Am I unique in this? I don’t think so. Many of us don’t continue with a new solution because of those limiting beliefs we have been hypnotized to accept as true.
So what to do?
