It was a typical Monday morning when I realized that my desk job was crushing my spirit far beyond the demands of deadlines and meetings. I hadn’t grasped how deeply my workspace culture was affecting my mental health. Workplace culture is more than policies or perks — it’s the invisible force that shapes our daily lives and, often, our mental health.
